RAJGIR (INDIA)- GLASS BRIDGE

        

 Glass Bridge is located at Rajgir in Nalanda district of Bihar.Inspired by the glass bridge in china, a similar bridge is being constructed.This is the First Glass Bridge In India. This bridge were built to welcome domestic and overseas tourist.

     Nalanda district in Bihar is one of the prime tourist hotspots in the state. The destination is historically and culturally rich and is home to the ancient Nalanda University, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

       Bridge length about 85 feet and width about 6 feet. Height of the Bridge is 400 feet. The bridge in Bihar is built in line with china’s Hangzhou glass bridge .Bridge will be able to accommodate 40 visitors at a time.This bridge lies in between 5 hills.

     The main thing is  about building a Jungle safari to attract tourist which make tourists to experience a dense forest of Rajgir .This Glass bridge is part of this safari.Government has given 500 acres to develop skywalk.The Glass bridge project was completed on March 2021.

     Tourists who come here to visit glass bridge spend about 10 to 20 minutes on this bridge.Only 10 to 12 people are permitted to go at the end of the bridge for security reasons.

This will be one the favourite spot for who loves adventure.The entry fee of Rajgir glass bridge is ₹50.Extra pay of ₹150 to go on Glass bridge .
